Analyzing International Large Scale Assessments
Analyzing International Large Scale Assessments
This course provides graduate students with the theoretical (and conceptual) understanding and practical quantitative skills required to analyze international large-scale assessments (ILSAs), such as PISA and TIMSS. Students will learn to address complex sampling designs, hierarchical data structures, and measurement considerations inherent in ILSAs using multilevel modeling (MLM) and cluster-robust variance estimation (CRVE) in R.
