Abstract
Behavioral threat assessment and management has emerged as a standard of practice in institutions of higher education, yet there is little research demonstrating the value it provides. This study describes the cases that behavioral threat assessment and management teams evaluated and what interventions were undertaken in a sample of 2,010 consecutive cases at a large, state university and its affiliated health care system.
